WORST experiences on eBay purchase ever. I received DEFECTIVE items 'only 1 ear playing' and surprisingly there are defect descriptions 'only 1 ear playing' on the box the same as the products have. I think this seller intentionally sells defective products without any notice on the selling page description at the beginning. They rarely respond me and did NOT refund it. Terrible experience and wasting my time for poor communication with this seller.

Contacted seller immediately after delivery that product was not NEW. Photos showed power unit untied with no protective covers. Offered partial refund which I accepted but was unsure if DAC even worked. After testing what I could, (missing USB cable as well), I replied to seller as to partial refund. Crickets! Tried again. Crickets. Hence this review. Seal on box was obviously bogus and really not sure the unit is completely functional. Buyer beware. Just needed to make things right.

    Wild Fun Speaker!

    Great sound. Great quality. Heavy, tough, rugged, loud speaker that lights up. Many features that requires frequent interaction, but very cool. You are not going to shake walls, but you will enjoy it. The battery is incredible. I used it for a total of 12 hrs through 2 days while testing features and blasting music, and as a speaker bar for my TV. (Btw, I didn't sense any lag in the bluetooth connection.) And I charged up 2 devices. It used about 30% battery. Charged up quickly. I'm taking it to work for the long real test to see how far I can go on a tank. Buy one. Have fun with it. That's what it's all about!

    Refurbished item not for me

    This is the second Sony SRSXP 43 Bluetooth speaker I’ve ever owned I believe there’s something wrong with the one that I bought on eBay that was refurbished the bass output isn’t pushing them right amount of base sound that it should considering I’ve already owned one before and I know the levels of what it should sound like not sure what the issue is at this time still not sure if I should return it or have it fixed Besides that I love this speaker it has a long lasting battery and considering it has its own Sony app that allows you to control the light pattern and colors to the music that you Choose to play it is by far one of the best Sony Bluetooth waterproof speakers I’ve ever used that’s why I bought the second one and I also plan on buying one more XP 43 and then I’m going to buy ...

    SONY SRS-XB43 EXTRA BASS

    The sony srs-xb43 is not a bad buy for the price. The sound quality is very good, if you download the sony speaker app. You can add a better sounds, like adjusting the equalizer to your liking. The extra bass feature is a A+. The body style is very impressive, like the front frame covering the lighted speakers 🔊 is very hard (which is a good thing). This keeps the speakers protected. The water resistant is still my favorite thing about this sony srs-xb43. The only thing that is not to my liking is that the system is heavy (around 15 pounds). Other than that, I would definitely recommend this sony srs-xb43 to anyone who enjoys listening to music or watching movies.

    great sound!

    i like the speaker very much , sound quality is very good for a small unit . the battery lasted long time before needing a charge. bluetooth connection is automatic and fast with a lady's voice telling you that your connected . the light show is good and most of the time looks like it goes with the music (if you choose to have it on) the case looks heavy duty and moisture resistant . very satisfied so far, would recommend
